Revival of the ancient Iranian and ethnic cultures and traditions is among the most important objectives of the Bari cultural and social activities, which include the seasonal festivals of traditional Aash (Iranian pottage) and other dishes, with the enthusiastic participation of the talented and skillful women of the region. Each of the contestants will do the best they can to prepare the best and most appetizing dish and garnish it with artistic taste. The judges will decide on the best traditional dish and award the winner.
