Here are answers to a number of Frequently Asked Questions about Bari Tourist Resort.

How can I make a room reservation? 
You can call the hotel or contact the Bari sales agents in Tehran (Artin Raya) and Tabriz (Tabriz Seir). 

Is it possible to pay online?
Not at the time being. 

Can I specify where I want my room located?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability. You can choose the type of rooms (Twin/Double, Triple or Special). 

Is the room rate per person or per night?
The room rate is per night. 

Who is eligible for Bari special reduced rates, and what are the terms?
Organizations, agencies, groups of more than 20 guests, students and university students. 

Is there a reservation waiting list?
Yes. Your reservation will be recorded in the waiting list in case immediate reservation cannot be made. 

In case I’m put into a waiting list, when will I be notified if I can make the reservation or not?
You will be notified no later than 48 hours before your arrival date. 

Why are there different room rates?
Room rates depend on the choice of hotel room, suite or apartment, and the type of the selected room. 

How do I reserve a room?
You can make the initial reservation through a telephone call. The rates will be explained to you by the reservation desk. Then, you need to fax the bank receipt for the full payment to the hotel. Finally, the hotel reservation desk will send you the reservation confirmation via email or fax. 

How long will it take the hotel to process my reservation request?
The reservation will be confirmed in an hour after the payment receipt is faxed to the hotel. 

How can I check my reservation?
The hotel will send you a confirmation. 

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the arrival time, in which case 50% of the payment will be refunded. Requests for cancellation that are received less than 72 hours before the arrival date will NOT be accepted. 

How can I cancel my room reservation?
You can contact the hotel and cancel your reservation. 

Is there a limit to the amount of luggage a guest can have?
The luggage should not exceed the normal capacity of the reserved room. 

Are there special facilities for safekeeping valuables?
Yes. There are in-room safes which can be used for money and other valuables. 

Is there a storage space for the luggage that does not fit in the reserved rooms?
No, the hotel does not offer additional storage space. 

What is the hotel transportation service?
Private cars (with drivers), vans and minibuses are available to take the guests to all regional tourist attractions. 

Is it possible to deliver luggage to and from the airport?
Yes. 

Are there parking facilities at the resort?
Yes, the hotel parking facility is available to resident guests. Other guests can use the entrance parking space. 

What is the capacity of the hotel rooms and suites?
All rooms and suites have capacity for double occupancy. Extra beds can be added to hotel rooms. In Royal Suites, the number of beds can be increased to six. 

What does the room rates include in addition to accommodation?
Breakfast, transportation to and from the airport, swimming pool and sauna bath.
