To round out the current service pack, Bari Tourist Resort intends to complete the resort’s development plans in the coming years to guarantee total customer satisfaction. Some of these plans are:

• Bari Telecabin Lift
  The 4 km telecabin route starts down the hills overlooking the resort and ends at the Koohsar mountain shelter. The telecabin lift will provide a proper transportation means for guests who would like to visit the shelter and enjoy its facilities including the Koohsar Mountain Restaurant.
  
  
• Bari Greenhouse
  A variety of single stem flowers and medicinal herbs will be grown at this center, creating a beautiful sight for all visiting guests.
  
  
• Ava Hotel
  With 390 rooms, the five star hotel will offer special facilities and a wide range of room types and rates to different guests.
  
  
• Beach Park
  The Bari Beach Park will offer a variety of exercise machines, children’s play structures, buffets and lakeside family porches.
  
  
• College of Hotel Administration
  Under the management and supervision of seasoned industry managers, the Bari College of Hotel Administration will be run with the cooperation of recognized professors and field experts from Iran and other countries.

The national project is expected to be completed in two years.
